Directions to the tavern:
From Aspen :- Head out of town to Highway 82. Head past the airport to the Snowmass intersection. Drive about .8 of a mile and turn right onto Smith Hill Road, this is also posted the Woody Creek Canyon. Follow the road across the bridge and turn left onto Upper River Road. Drive for 1.3 miles, after a dip, bump and a rumble strip you will see us on the left, look for designer lights, bicycles and Harley's.
From Snowmass : - Turn left onto Highway 82 away from Aspen, and follow the above instructions
From Glenwood Springs, Carbondale and Basalt :- Stay on Highway 82 until you come out of the Canyon after Basalt. Turn left at mile marker 32 onto Gerbaz Way. Follow the road down the hill and turn right onto Upper River Road. Follow this road for about 3 minutes, you will see us on the right.
By Bicycle or Cross Country Ski's :- Follow the Rio Grande Bike Trail from either up or down valley, get off at Lenado onto Upper River Road and we are 200 yards up or down the road.
From Snowmass by Bike :- Take the Brush Creek bike path till you get to Highway 82, go under the intersection and you will come out at the intercept bus lot. To keep you off the highway, go to the back of the intercept lot and join the bike path, be careful there is a steep hill, turn left at Smith Bridge and onto Upper River Road after 1.3 miles you will see us on the left |
